Unique Technology

The Sun Power System provides 10,000 BTU's of cooling capacity per hour in a self contained roof mount unit (DC9000) or in a split unit (DC8500). Both systems can be installed in approximately 4 hours in any make or model truck sleeper.

The system is powered by the Sun Power Energy Cube (SPEC). The SPEC includes a fully integrated electronic charge controller, emergency start relay and 3 absorbed glass mat (AGM) batteries that deliver enough power to run the Air Conditioner 8 - 12 hours without starting the truck engine.
