The DC Comfort T Series Climate Control Unit is controlled by a thermostat that senses the internal enclosure temperature. When cooling is desired, the compressor, evaporator blower and condenser fan turn on. Cool air is discharged from the DC Comfort T Series into the enclosure.  When two DC Comfort T Series Climate Control Units are used on the same cabinet, the optional lead lag controller provides temperature control of the redundant units and equal run time on both units. The system can also be configured to shut off when used in enclosures with a fire or smoke alarm system. Please refer to the Operation & Maintenance Manual for details. Electric DC heat is optional.

Optimized battery management is included in every DC Comfort T Series system. The control board on the system monitors battery consumption and protects the  components from over temperature through a low voltage disconnect.
